Walker J. Smith IV is an experienced Orlando Worker’s Comp, Employment Law, & Personal Injury attorney and Managing Partner of LegalSmiths Consulting Group, LLC – where we make the law work for you!
Walker studied Political Science, Film, Writing, and Rhetoric at the University of Central Florida as an undergraduate. He also worked as a Worker’s compensation and employment law paralegal for five years prior to and while attending law school at the Florida State University (FSU) School of Law. He graduated FSU as the two-term President of a Professional Development Organization he founded called Lawyers Uniting to Communicate Knowledge and was admitted to the Florida bar in 2021.
Walker is fluent in Spanish, and speaks bits of Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Jamaican Patwa, and Haitian Creole. He was raised for most of his life in South Florida, before relocating to Orlando for College. He took a gap year to live in Shenzhen, China and teach English to children, before returning stateside to finish law school, and becoming a permanent resident of Orlando thereafter.
Walker is passionate about making a positive difference in the world by helping people who have been wronged or injured and he will aggressively fight for your rights!
Mrs. McAuley specializes in Worker’s Compensation, and subspecialized in Police and Firefighter, as well as Heart and Lung claims. She brings years of experience and advice while she runs her own firm, she also often consults on cases of complexity or within her areas of expertise.
